Great course with Ottilia Pochat. I was looking for an MCA recognised food safety 2 in catering course and this was the only ones I could find that I could do remotely online. The course takes place over two days in 2-3 hour sections and is incredibly interactive despite being a webinar. Great materials were sent beforehand and the course itself was conducted on Zoom. Ottilia is incredibly knowledgeable and makes the course informative yet lots of fun too. The test was taken in a controlled environment, with two cameras on me - one looking at me, the other looking at my keypad and desk area. Great course, highly recommend.
