Her courses are not the norm

With Ottilia being one of my early clients we formed a working relationship from the get go. A straightforward, intelligent lady who has a passion for her work, business but most certainly her clients, to which one of my other clients can testify. Her courses are not the norm. As Ottilia says they are fun and engaging but importantly pack with relevant information beyond other course out there. Check Ottilia's business out - you could travel a lot less and fair a lot worse by not doing so.

Supervising First Aid for Mental Health

In July 2020 I took the Level 3 Supervising Mental Health First Aid course run by Ottilia. I've had previous experince of being trained by Ottilia so I knew the qualtiy would be good . Doing a three day course over Zoom during lockdown and I admit to being a bit nervoud before we started about whether I would be able to sustain my concentration and attendance. I needn't have worried, the course was beautifully organised wthe breaks built in and Ottilia's use of multi media, interactive tools and group discussion meant this was a very engaging and hands on programme . It was really clear that this a subject area Ottilia knows well, has real expertise in and commitment to . I couldn't have picked a better trianiner for this important area of professional development and I now feel much more secure that I could offer appropriate support and mental health first aid as and when needed

Brilliant First Aid Courses

Over the years I’ve attended several First Aid courses but although they were all useful this is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed one! I’d definitely recommend Pochat Training, in fact I’ve just booked a place on the CitizenAid training. The Chesterfield (Whittington) venue was easy to find and had free onsite parking which is always a bonus.

I completed a Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis course on Tuesday (19 Apr 16). Excellent! The tutor was brilliant - made it all very straightforward. Not too much theory but plenty of practicals. I now feel competent to help out in an emergency

First Aid at Work Requalifying Course

I really enjoyed completing my First Aid at Work requalifying course with Ottilia. It was good fun with lots of interactive games and activities to consolidate learning. Ottilia was very knowledgeable and experienced and I'd be happy to do other courses with her in future

Training session

I attended a short training session today run by Ottilia on how to help save a choking person. It was very simple and practical and I don't think I'll forget what to do. Hopefully, I'll never need to use it but you never know. I'd recommend Ottilia if your company needs any kind of hands on first aid training

citizenAID

Attended the citizen aid course this week, absolutely brilliant. Whilst we all hope that we are never involved in a major incident, the big question though would be are we prepared, what would we do? This course discusses various incidents and some are uncomfortable to think about, but if something happened most people panic, after this course you are likely to stay calm, take control and above all save lives. This course is for everyone due to the current threats in the world, However large companies especially should consider training their staff, It may save your life or someone close to you. Highly recommended , well presented and really interesting.

Food Safety in Catering

Course works really well with a small group. Felt it moved at a good pace and held my interest. Training centre was at times cold but trainer helped by turning heating on.

Choking

Ottilia put on a fun and informative demonstration of her first aid skills at a networking meeting I ran. Ottilia made the session light hearted but educational which is a great balance of skills.

Minor Injuries Webinar

I enjoyed the minor injuries webinar as it refreshed my memory in these areas and gave me the confidence to deal with any of these now. The training was delivered with practical demonstrations and I enjoyed the chance to use my brain during lockdown.

First Aid for Children

These guys provided first aid training for 120 over two days from my Martial Arts academy in Nottingham.

They were a pleasure to work with and were always punctual, pleasant and we would highly recommend them‼

Highly recommended. I was a police officer for over 26 years and had regular first aid courses, they could be best described as minimum standard to simply tick a box. I am now a self employed therapist. This course with Ottilia was fantastic , great structure and presentation, went way above the normal training syllabus in my opinion, In depth training in a relaxed fun atmosphere I would highly recommend sending your employees to this trainer, they will come away more than capable of dealing with any emergency situation, of course self employed like myself will benefit greatly. A trainer who puts "fun" high on her list

If you are looking a trainer who puts "fun" high on her list of priorities then Ottilia is your person. I so remember her teaching a first aid course (serious subject) and someone outsidee of the room asking what the class was laughing so much. It is a very serious subject but that does not mean we cannot have a little fun. Ottilia provides excellent training, assessment and quality assurance services . Particular skills included First Aid, health and Safety, Food Safety, Manual Handling and Fire Safety

Ottillia did a practical session at a recent 4 Networking meeting which was lots of fun, she demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and understanding but in a very easy to replicate manner. Learning through doing and whilst having a good time is a great way to learn some really important life skills - get her in every school!!, this training needs to be on the curriculum for all kids!!
