- Theory of safe manual handling principles, including:
- - Preparing for a lift
- - Solo lifting, carrying and lowering an object
- - Team manual handling

- Of those, 138,000 were from people who had not suffered this before
- 6.9 million working days, or 26,436 working years, were lost due to work-related musculoskeletal disorders that year
