QA Level 3 Award In
First Aid at Work (RQF)

An absolute pleasure to have done business with Ottilia. It is rare to see an instructor who not only shows deep knowledge of their subject but also real passion. No question was ever too difficult nor too trivial whilst the whole course was fun and engaging with high levels of variety interactivity! One part in particular really grabbed our attention, but I'll not spoil the surprise!
I really do look forward to working with Ottilia again and I offer this recommendation as the easiest I've ever given.
