Confectionery World's Turkish Delights

Turkish Delights
Turkish Delights are a type of confection, based on a gel of starch and sugar, usually in the form of small cubes dusted with something like icing sugar to prevent them from sticking to each other. They are traditionally flavoured with rosewater, mastic, orange or lemon, with premium varieties having added chopped dates, pistachios, hazelnuts or walnuts.
It appears that though the main flavour of these particular Turkish Delights are Rose and Lemon, some type of nuts has also been added to this - but this is not mentioned on the ingredients list, making it a serious health hazard to those with an allergy to nuts
