Amaizin has a range of corn products that are made with organic, GMO-free corn, many of which are gluten free and specifically state that they are gluten free.
Great for people with allergies and intolerances to wheat and/or gluten, and those with conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or coeliac disease (celiac if you're American).
